Chocolate Cream Balls image

Chocolate lovers beware...these are rich and addicting. Aquired from my mom.

Number Of Ingredients 3

1 lb sweet milk chocolate bars (such as hershey's)
1/2 c heavy whipping cream
1/2 c walnuts, chopped

Steps:

  • 1. Melt chocolate over hot not boiling water (double boiler pan). Cool.
  • 2. Whip 1/2 cup whipping cream and fold into chocolate.
  • 3. Chill until firm enough to shape.
  • 4. Form in 1 inch balls. Roll in finely chopped nuts OR crushed crisp rice cereal. Store in refrigerator.
