CREAMY BEEF ROLLUPS image

Yield 20-25 rolls

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 block cream cheese, softened (I recommend letting it sit at room temp. for about an hour or zap in microwave for 1 min.)
1 bunch of green onions, chopped
1 can dried beef, chopped
2-4 tortillas, room temperature (you may only use 2 if you put alot of filling or all 4 if you thin it out, I only use 2)

Steps:

  • 1. After the cream cheese is softened, combine it in a bowl with the chopped green onions and chopped dried beef. 2. With a spoon, mix together until the beef and onions are well distributed through the cream cheese. 3. Lay out a tortilla and spread the cream cheese mixture from corner to corner. 4. Roll the tortilla up. 5. Repeat with the rest of the tortillas until the cream cheese mixture is gone. 6. Refrigerate rolls for at least an hour. 7. After an hour, take the rolls out of the refrigerator and cut vertically to your desired thickness. 8. ENJOY!
