Steps:
- 1. Cook and stir the meat and onion in a large skillet until the meat is brown.
- 2. Drain off the excess fat.
- 3. Stir in the undrained mushroom pieces and the remaining ingredients.
- 4. Heat to boiling then reduce the heat and simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender, about 25 minutes.
- 5. A small amount of water can be added if necessary.
- 6. Serve hot.
