CREAMY APPLE SQUARES image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup grown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2-3 apples, thinly sliced
1 cup sour cream
1 egg

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350F. Combine first 2 ingrediReserve 2/4 cup for topping. Add sugar cinnamon to reserved topping mix. Set aside. Press remaining mixture into and ungreased 13x9 inch pan. Arrange apple slices over base. Blend sour cream and egg. Spred over apples. Sprinkle remaining topping mix over all. Bake for 30-40 mins or golden and brown and bubbly. Serve with icecream or whipped cream. Refergerate leftovers.
