Creamy Apple-Bacon Coleslaw image

1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon minced jalapeno
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar or 2 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cooked bacon, slices crumbled
16 ounces shredded Coleslaw
1 Granny Smith apples, thin matchstick sliced

Steps:

  • Cook the bacon, cool and crumble.
  • Mix all the ingredients except the coleslaw and apple.
  • Add the apple and coleslaw, toss to coat.
  • Cover and chill for at least 3 hours.
