CREAMED CHIPPED BEEF image

Reminds me of home. Quick supper!

Number Of Ingredients 5

1/4 c butter
1/4 c flour
1 dash black pepper
2 c milk
2 1/2 oz dried beef, sliced - I use Buddig beef located in the pre-packed lunchmeat section

Steps:

  • 1. In medium saucepan, melt butter. Blend in flour and pepper. Stir in milk. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Reduce heat. Tear beef into shreds; add to cream sauce and heat through. Serve over toast points.
