Cream Cheese Mashed Potatoes image

What an easy way to make mashed potatoes. The cream cheese and butter make them nice and creamy. We were a little skeptical about not adding any milk or cream, but the final result was perfect. Number Of Ingredients 6

10 medium potatoes, peeled and cooked
1/2 c butter
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp grated onion
1 pkg cream cheese, 8 oz.

Steps:

  • 1. Peel and boil potatoes.
  • 2. Once potatoes are done, drain them and place them in a large bowl.
  • 3. Whip hot potatoes with a mixer.
  • 4. Add butter, cream cheese, grated onion, salt, and pepper to the potatoes.
  • 5. Mix well.
  • 6. Pour into a greased 13x9 pan.
  • 7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
