1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 -3 tablespoons of red hot jelly

Steps:

  • In food processor combine all ingredients.
  • Process until smooth.
  • Serve with tortilla's, pita's or veggies.
