Mexican Rice A Roni Skillet image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 boxes beef
1 pounds ground beef
1 packages taco seasoning
15 ounces corn
6 ounces green chilies
14.5 ounces tomatoes
1 cups mexican cheese
1 cups sour cream
0.5 cups green onions

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In large skillet, cook Rice-A-Roni according to directions on package. At the same time in another skillet, brown ground beef and add taco seasoning according to direction on package.
  • Combine Rice-A-Roni and taco meat along with corn, chilies and diced tomatoes. Top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with sour cream and additional toppings.
