CREAM CHEESE COOKIE BARS
We have pot-lucks at work quite often. We share recipes of the items we like. This is where this yummy dessert came from. I hope you enjoy it!

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350.
- 2. Press 1 roll cookie dough in bottom of 13 x 9 glass baking dish.
- 3. With electric mixer, mix cream cheese, sugar and eggs til thoroughly blended.
- 4. Pour over cookie dough.
- 5. Place second roll of dough on top of cream cheese.
- 6. Bake 1 hour or until lightly browned.
- 7. Cool completely on wire rack. Cut into bars and enjoy.
- 8. NOTE: I roll out second roll of dough on wax paper to the correct size. Then I just flip it on the cream cheese layer and peel off wax paper.
