Everyone's all-time favorite cookie reimagined as a chewy-soft cookie bar!

1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ chocolate chip cookie mix
1/2 cup butter, softened
4 oz (half 8-oz package) cream cheese, softened
1 egg

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom and sides of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • In large bowl, stir all ingredients until soft dough forms. Spread dough evenly in pan.
  • Bake 20 to 24 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely on cooling rack, about 1 hour. Cut into 6 rows by 4 rows. Store in airtight container.

Yummy irrestiable bars made with cookie dough and cream cheese. OH so easy to make and OH so yummy.

2 (16 -18 ounce) packages of your favorite premade cookie dough (I prefer Nestle)
8 ounces of your favorite softened cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 eggs

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325*F.
  • Lightly grease a 9x13 pan.
  • With one package of cookie dough tear apart and sprinkle over the entire bottom of the pan. Spaces between cookie dough is ok and preferred. Lightly pat down. **To help from cookie dough sticking to fingers wet hands before handling.
  • With Cream Cheese, Sugar, Vanilla and Eggs, lightly mix in mixer until creamy. Little chunks of cream cheese is ok. Pour mixture over cookie dough in pan. Spread out to fill all nooks and crankies with spatula.
  • With remaining cookie dough tear apart and sprinkle over cream cheese mixture. As before spaces between cookie dough ok. Lightly pat down.
  • Place in oven for 30-35 minutes until even light browning on top or tooth pick comes out clean in middle.
  • Cut up into 15 large bars or 24 smaller ones. Eat and enjoy!

1 (17 1/2 ounce) envelope betty crocker peanut butter cookie dough (mix)
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon water
1 egg
1 1/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup whipping cream

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Spray bottom only of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • In large bowl, stir cookie base and topping ingredients until soft dough forms.
  • Shape 6 (1-inch) balls of dough.
  • On ungreased cookie sheet, place balls 2 inches apart; flatten in crisscross pattern with fork.
  • Then with the remaining cookie dough, press into 9 X 13 inch pan.
  • Bake cookies and base 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are light golden brown.
  • Cool 10 minutes.
  • Reserve the 6 cookies for topping.
  • In small microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips and butter uncovered on high 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted and stirred smooth.
  • Spread evenly over bars.
  • Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
  • In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar and whipping cream with electric mixer on low speed until blended.
  • Beat on high speed about 2 minutes or until light and fluffy.
  • Spread over chocolate layer.
  • Crush reserved cookies; sprinkle over cream cheese layer.
  • Press in lightly.
  • Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
  • For bars, cut into 9 rows by 4 rows.
  • Store covered in refrigerator.

1- 8 ounce brick cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 t. vanilla
1 egg
3 cups chocolate chip cookie dough

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350°. Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer, mix the first four ingredients until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes on med-high speed. Into an 8×8 inch greased baking dish, evenly press 2 cups cookie dough. Pour cream cheese mixture over top and spread to edges of dish. Break the remaining dough into small pieces and sprinkle over top of cream cheese mixture. Lower oven heat to 325° and bake bars for 35-40 minutes or until tester comes out (almost) clean. Let cool completely out on the counter before cutting into 16 equal pieces. Chilling in the refrigerater for one hour before removing cut bars prevents breakage. Refrigerate leftovers (if any!)

2 pkg chocolate chip cookie dough, refrigerated
2 pkg 8 oz each cream cheese, softened
1 c sugar
2 eggs

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350.
  • 2. Press 1 roll cookie dough in bottom of 13 x 9 glass baking dish.
  • 3. With electric mixer, mix cream cheese, sugar and eggs til thoroughly blended.
  • 4. Pour over cookie dough.
  • 5. Place second roll of dough on top of cream cheese.
  • 6. Bake 1 hour or until lightly browned.
  • 7. Cool completely on wire rack. Cut into bars and enjoy.
  • 8. NOTE: I roll out second roll of dough on wax paper to the correct size. Then I just flip it on the cream cheese layer and peel off wax paper.
