SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
1/4 CUP FLOUR
1 CUP MILK
1 8 OZ PACKAGE OF CREAM CHEESE SOFTENED AND CUBED

Steps:

  • IN A LARGE SAUCEPAN, SAUTE ONION AND BUTTER, ADD BROTH, MUSHROOMS, AND POTATOES, BRING TO BOIL, REDUCE HEAT AND COVER FOR APPROX 15 MINUTES, ADD CHICKEN, PARSLEY, SALT AND PEPPER, COMBINE FLOUR AND MILK UNTIL SMOOTH, ADD TO CHICKEN AND VEGETABLE MIXTURE, BRING TO BOIL, COOK AND STIR FOR 2 MINUTES UNTIL THICKENED, REDUCE HEAT AND ADD CREAM CHEESE, STIR UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED INTO MIXTURE
