Steps:
- Heat saucepan over medium heat. Add cream cheese and stir regularly until cheese is melted and smooth. Add Chilli and mix into cheese. Add 1 cup of the cheddar cheese and stir just until melted. Pour into dish for serving. Cover with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese while dip is hot. Serve hot with your favourite corn chips, tortilla chips, crackers or bread.
