Another delicious Apple Cake I think most anyone would enjoy. It has a nice crunchy topping, while the cake is tender and moist... Just delicious... I baked this cake this morning to take to work...they were fighting over the last piece...lol! Eat it plain or I like a dollop of whipped cream on mine. So good with your morning...

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Spray and flour a 9 x 13 baking pan or dish.
- 2. Cream together butter and cream cheese. Add sugar and eggs, beat well. Add vanilla.
- 3. Sift flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda together in a separate bowl.
- 4. Add to the cream cheese batter alternately with milk. Stir in diced apples. Batter will be very thick.
- 5. Spoon into greased and floured 9x13-inch pan.
- 6. Prepare topping by combining the flour, sugar, and cinnamon, and mixing well. Cut in butter in small pieces until it is the size of small peas and is evenly distributed. ( I use my food processor. ) Sprinkle the topping mixture evenly over batter.
- 7. Bake for 50 - 60 minutes, or until tests done. Let cool for at least 20 minutes before cutting.
- 8. Enjoy!
