I try to feed the family healthy things. I loathe veggie and turkey burgers, these came out great and not too shabby on the calories!

- Mash beans in a larg bowl, you can use a potato masher or a fork. Add beef, onion, chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt and pepper-mix to combine. Shape into burgers and grill or broil. Tastes great with pico de gallo, guacamole or just the traditional hamburger toppings!
