CRAWFISH AND CORN MAQUE CHOUX SOUP image

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 can sweet cream corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can diced tomatoes w/ chilies
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp cajun seasoning
1 lb. crawfish tails
1 pint half & half

Steps:

  • Add all the ingredients except for the half & half into a rice cooker. Stir, cover, and press cook. Once meal is cooked and cooker switches to warm mode, add the half and half. Stir, cover and heat for 10 minutes before serving.
