- Drain Pineapple - save liquid in 1 qt measuring cup Remove 1 TBS Pineapple - set aside for garnish Add water to pineapple liquid to equal 3 cups - bring to boil Add jello - stir til dissolved Add cranberry sauce - Stir Chill 1 1/2 hrs - til thickened (like stiff egg whites) stir in remaining pineapple, apples & walnuts Chill 4 hours til set Garnish with reserved pineapple
