Cranberry Jello Salad image

I like this congealed salad because it only has fruit in it. It is wonderful with any meat and is especially colorful during Holidays and just plain cool and refreshing on hot humid days that we have in Georgia.

2 pkg small packages of raspberry jello (i use sugar free)
1 can(s) crushed pineapple (large can)

1 can(s) small can mandarin orange sections (drained)
1 granny smith apple peeled-grated last into small pieces-if cut too early will turn dark

Steps:

  • 1. Mix jello and boiling water until jello dissolved. Add cranberry sauce (while water is still hot/warm) until sauce is blended in (don't mash whole pieces of cranberry. . .they add texture).
