- DRAIN pineapple, reserving liquid in 1-qt. liquid measuring cup. Add enough cold water to reserved liquid to measure 1 cup, set aside. In a large bowl, add 2 cups of boiling water to gelatin; stir at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in reserved pineapple liquid. Add cranberry sauce; stir until well blended. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites.) STIR in remaining pineapple, oranges and walnuts; stir gently until well blended. Pour into medium serving bowl, or well oiled mold. REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until firm.
