Cranberry Horseradish Sauce image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 package (12 ounces) fresh cranberries
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 cups sour cream
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish

Steps:

  • Place cranberries, sugar and onion in a blender or food processor; cover and process until coarsely chopped. Add sour cream and horseradish; process until smooth. Refrigerate until serving.
