CRANBERRY GRAND MARNIER RELISH image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 1/2 c fresh cranberries
1 small Valencia orange, quartered & seeded
1/2 c sugar
3 T chopped walnuts
1 T Grand Marnier

Steps:

  • Combine cranberries and orange in food processor; pulse 5 times or until chopped. Combine cranberry mixture, sugar, walnuts, and if desired, liqueur in a bowl; let stand at least 30 minutes before serving. Cover and store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks
