CRANBERRY COCONUT BARS image

Yield 2 - 3 Dozen Bars

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups dried cranberries
1 14-ounce can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup pecans

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and butter. Mix well. Press crumb mixture firmly on bottom of 13 X 9-inch baking pan. In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Mix well. Gently spread over crust. Bake 25 - 28 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool. Cut into bars. Store leftovers covered at room temperature.
