Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees and thaw 1 sheet of puff pastry from a (17.3 oz) package for 30 minutes. Roll into a 14 inch square on a lightly floured board and cut into 36 equal squares. Press into 36 mini muffin cups. Drain 1 (15 oz) can Bartlett pears and coarsely chop. Cut an 8 oz wedge of Brie into small cubes and place equal amounts of pears and cheese in each cup; top each with 3-4 cranberries. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until very puffed and golden brown. Serve warm.
