CRANBERRY, BLOOD ORANGE, AND GINGER RELISH image

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 12-oz bag fresh cranberries (3 cups)
1 large unpeeled blood orange, rinsed quartered, seeded
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon finely grated peeled fresh ginger

Steps:

  • Blend all ingredients in processor until coarsely chopped. Transfer relish to bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 day and up to 3 days.
