Cranberry Bliss Coffee Cake image

This is sure to be a hit at the next holiday party!

Number Of Ingredients 18

2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup buttermilk
3/4 cup white chocolate chips
3/4 cup dried cranberries (soaked in warm water for 20 minutes, then well-drained and towel-dried - more for topping)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Zest of 1/2 an orange
2 tablespoons white chocolate chips, melted
2/3 cups dried cranberries
