CRAB MEAT REMICK image

1 lb lump crab meat
6 strip crisp bacon
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp Tabasco
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/2 cup chili sauce
1 tsp tarragon vinegar
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400 deg. Divide crab into 6 ramekins and heat in the oven for 5 minutes. Top with bacon. Mix rest of ingredients and spread over top. Glaze under broiler.
