CRAB DIP image

Number Of Ingredients 10

2 (8 ounce) Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Sour Cream
3 TBL Chives
2 TBL Parsley
1 TBL Prepared Horse Radish ( I added more to taste)
4 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 lbs. Crab Meat ( I used fake crab, you can get it at any fish counter).

Steps:

  • I chopped the crab a few pieces at a time in the blender and set aside. Put all of the liquid and dry ingredients in the blender/food processor and slowly added the cream cheese, sour cream and crab. Tough to stir in the blender but as long as you don't see smoke it should be okay. Keep chilled in the fridge.
