Cowboy Cookies in a Mason Jar image

**Important: Make sure you don't over cook, You don't want to end up with a dry cookie!

Number Of Ingredients 9

1-1/3 c gluten free rolled oats
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1/2 c white sugar (or substitute)
1/2 c chopped pecan's
1 c semisweet chocolate chips
1-1/3 c gluten free flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease cookie sheets. In a medium bowl, add dry Ingredient's whisk until well blended.
  • 2. In another Bowl mix 1/4 cup water, 2/3 cup melted butter, 2 eggs, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. (It's supposed to be thick!)
  • 3. Shape into walnut-sized balls or scoop with a cookie scoop of your choice of size and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheets.
  • 4. Bake for 11 to 13 minutes. Enjoy!
