this was a huge hit with my friends and family!

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 can(s) mexicorn-drained
1 can(s) rotel tomatoes-do not drain
2 cup(s) mexican blend shredded cheese
6 - green onions-chopped
1 cup(s) mayo
1 cup(s) sour cream

Steps:

  • mix it all together and serve with Fritos or tortilla chips.
  • if you can't find the mexicorn, you can use corn with jalapeños.
