COSMOPOLITAN JELLO BITE
These are grown-up versions of the jello-shots in those little plastic cups. These hae all the flavor and a little more style

Steps:
- Pour cranberry juice and lime juice in medium saucepan; sprinkle with gelatin. Allow to soak 12 minutes. Heat over low heat, stirring constatnly, until gelatin is completely dissolved - approximately 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add orange flavored vodka and grand marnier.
- Pour jello mixture into standard glass loaf pan or 8 inch square pan and (although I haven't tried this yet) plastic ice cube trays. Place into refrigerator overnight or until set
