CORNMEAL GRIDDLE CAKES image

Number Of Ingredients 10

3/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
2 T sugar
1 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t kosher salt
3 eggs beaten lightly
3/4 cup sour
3/4 cup whole milk
1/4 cup melted butter

Steps:

  • Griddle at 350 Combine dry. Then beat eggs lightly. Whisk other wet ingredients in. Then whisk wet into dry. Do not overmix. Use greased griddle and 1/3 cup to pour.
