This is a great alternative to fried chicken. You can add a dash or two of hot sauce to the milk if you like a little zip.

- Preheat oven to 400.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic.
- Dip into milk and roll in cornflake crumbs.
- Place in lightly sprayed baking dish being careful that the pieces do not touch.
