Cornbread Recipe - from Paul Deen Recipe - (4.7/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 cup self-rising corneal
1/2 cup self-rising flour
3/4 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
2 tbsp vegetable oil

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour batter into a greased shallow baking dish. Bake for approximately 20 - 25 minutes. I cut the cornbread while it is still hot.
