Corn Pudding image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 can(s) (15.25 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can(s) (15 oz) cream style corn
1/2 c margarine, softened
1 c sour cream
1 pkg (8.5 ounce) Jiffy dry cornbread mix

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  • 2. Lightly grease a 2 quart casserole dish.
  • 3. In a medium bowl, mix together the whole kernel corn, cream style corn, margarine, sour cream, and corn bread mix.
  • 4. Pour into the prepared casserole dish.
  • 5. Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
