Corn Fritters image

This was always a favorite of mine growing up and I still love them today. Great with almost any kind of meat.

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 eggs
1 can(s) creamed corn
1 1/2 c all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
vegetable oil

Steps:

  • 1. Pour thin layer of vegetable oil in frying pan. Heat on medium heat.
  • 2. Combine all other ingredients in bowl.
  • 3. Once oil is hot, you can begin making fritters. Using a large spoon, drop into hot oil.
  • 4. Fry for 2-3 minutes per side. Place on paper towel lined dish. Serve immediately.
