Corn Casserole image

This was my mom's recipe that I thought was lost. Found the recipe card in an old cookbook of hers this weekend. So excited to have this back in my recipe fold! I grew up eating this and it will be nice to share it with my family!

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 can(s) whole kernal corn, drained
1 can(s) creamed corn
2 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter, melted
4 Tbsp heaping, all purpose flour
2 Tbsp sugar
1/4 c diced, red or green pepper
1 c whole milk
1/2 c cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp each, salt and pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all ingredients and pour them into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr and 20 min.
