2 lb chicken breast halves, cooked and sliced
Oil
Seasoning
1 bag (2 lb.) frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 package (8 ounce) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, thinly sliced
1/2 lb Oscar Mayer Deli-Sliced Ham (we like Brown Sugar), cut into fourths
2 cups Kraft Shredded Swiss Cheese, divided
2 package s (10 ounce each) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice chicken breasts into bite-sized strips and brown in oil; season if desired (we like Emeril's Southwest seasoning).
  • While chicken is cooking, spray the bottom of a 9x13 pan and layer bottom with potatoes. Layer browned chicken, cream cheese slices and ham over potatoes. Sprinkle with 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese. Top with broccoli. Combine soup and pepper; spoon over broccoli. Top with remaining cheese.
