Copycat Chick-Fil-A® Chicken Biscuits image

Make mornings simply delicious with a quick and easy copycat Chick-fil-A® biscuit recipe. These 3-ingredient breakfast chicken biscuits are inspired by your favorite restaurant version. Prep is a breeze, and you can have these Chick-fil-A® copycat breakfast sandwiches ready for your family in 40 minutes. Once the Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Buttermilk Biscuits are baked, all you need to do is brush them with melted butter and top with baked breaded chicken breast cutlets. It can't get much easier than that.

1 can (10.2 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Southern Homestyle Buttermilk Biscuits (5 Count)
3 tablespoons butter
5 frozen breaded chicken breast cutlets (from 22-oz bag)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F (or 350°F for nonstick cookie sheet). Separate biscuits; place 1 to 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. In small microwavable bowl, microwave 1 tablespoon of the butter uncovered on High 15 to 20 seconds or until melted. Brush tops of biscuits generously with melted butter. Allow remaining 2 tablespoons butter to soften at room temperature.
  • Bake 11 to 16 minutes or until golden brown. Cover loosely with foil to keep warm.
  • Bake chicken as directed on package, adjusting oven temperature as necessary.
  • Split warm biscuits in half; spread split sides and biscuit tops with reserved 2 tablespoons softened butter. Place baked chicken cutlets on bottom halves of biscuits; top with remaining biscuit halves. Serve warm.
