Copycat Applebee's Beer Cheese Dip image

This beer cheese dip is a combo made in kitchen heaven. This copycat dish is inspired by Applebee's beer cheese dip; crafted with beer and 2 kinds of cheeses. Best prepared the day before for the best results, but the wait is worth it to enjoy this awesome dip.

Number Of Ingredients 4

2 8oz. packages cream cheese softened
2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1 1oz. package ranch dressing mix
1/3 C. beer

Steps:

  • In a bowl combine cream cheese and dressing mix. Fold in Cheddar cheese, and then beer. Cover bowl, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight. Serve with pretzels.
