2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried ground oregano
1 tablespoon tony chachere's creole seasoning
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons canola oil, optional for making paste

Steps:

  • Mix all items and add canola oil.
  • Toss with frozen wings until well coated.
  • place on baking sheet lined with foil and sprayed with Pam.
  • Bake at 400 for 45 minutes turning occasionally.
