Steps:
- HEAT oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion, garlic, bell pepper, mushrooms, salt and basil. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender. STIR in undrained tomatoes, tomato paste and broth. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cook, uncovered, 10 to 12 minutes. Toss with hot cooked pasta or rice, or serve over grilled chicken, shrimp or fish, if desired.
