CONNIE'S CLAM PASTA image

Number Of Ingredients 11

1/4 cup olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
2 bunches, basil, fresh chopped
1 bunch oregano fresh, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 cans clams, chopped
2 cans clam juice, from canned clams
splash balsamic vinegar
2 small red chiles, whole
1 4oz clam juice
dash balsamic vinegar

Steps:

  • Saute onions in oil, add the rest of ingredients, reduce sauce by slow simmer. Add clams just before serving.
