3-1/2 cups water
1/2 cup long-grain white rice, rinsed
2 WYLER'S Instant Bouillon Chicken Flavored Cubes
2 green onions, thinly sliced
3 Tbsp. PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts, chopped

Steps:

  • Bring rice, water and bouillon cubes to boil in saucepan; cover.
  • Simmer on medium-low heat 50 min. to 1 hour or until rice is tender, stirring every 15 min.
  • Top with onions and nuts.
