The creamiest, tastiest potatoes you will ever put in your mouth. This casserole is great for family gatherings & potlucks. These are rich in flavor and satisfying serve up with a nice meatloaf, ham or steaks.

Number Of Ingredients 12

Ingredients

1 large bag of frozen diced potatoes (2 lb. bag)
1 can(s) cream of poato soup
1 can(s) cream of celery soup
16 oz sour cream
1/4 c milk
1/2 c chopped onion (optional)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp dill weed
2 c grated cheddar cheese
paprika
parsley (optional) for garnish.

Steps:

1. Combine all except cheese.
2. Turn into greased 9" x 13" pan. Top with cheese and paprika.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours until golden on top and bubbly.
