Steps:
- Boil down 2 cans of coconut milk until oil separates out and solids start to turn into brown cracklings. Add sugar and salt and raisins and still for 30 seconds. Add rice and stir fry for 1-2 minutes. Add 1 can of coconut milk and 1.5 cups of water and stir mixture. Bring to a boil until grains of rice start to rise. Cover the pot and turn to the lowest possible setting. Cook until water is evaporated and rice is done, around 15-20 minutes.
