Coffee with Baileys and Frangelico image

A great after-dinner drink from Bon Appetit.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1/2 c chilled whipping cream
1 Tbsp sugar
8 Tbsp frangelico (hazelnut liqueur)
8 Tbsp baileys irish cream
2 2/3 c freshly brewed strong coffee

Steps:

  • 1. Using electric mixer, beat cream and sugar in small bowl to soft peaks. (Can be made 4 hours ahead. Cover and chill.)
  • 2. Pour 2 tablespoons Frangelico and 2 tablespoons Baileys liqueur into each of 4 mugs.
  • 3. Pour coffee over, dividing evenly.
  • 4. Top each with dollop of whipped cream and serve immediately.
