1 cup self raising flour
1 cup desiccated coconut
3/4 cup caster sugar
3/4 cup milk

Steps:

  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add milk.
  • Stir till combined.
  • Pour into a greased loaf pan.
  • bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees celsius.
  • Enjoy!
