- 1. IN A SMALL SAUCEPAN HEAT UP 2 TBLSP. OF OLIVE OIL N SAUTE ONIONS ADD RED CuRRY PASTE THEN ADD CURRY POWDER N COOK FOR A MINUTE THEN ADD TOM PASTE N STIR. ADD COCONUT MILK N CHICKN BROTH. SIMMER UNTIL REDUCED ABOUT 20 MINUTES....SEASON TO TASTE
- 2. IN A LARGE ENOUGH BOWL TOSS CHICKEN STRIPS WITH 5 SPICE POWDER N 1/2 TSP.EACH SALT N PEPPER. IN A LARGE PAN HEAT 2 TBLSP OF OLIVE OIL...LET IT GET HOT. ON HIGH TEMP. STIR FRY THE CHICKEN UNTIL JUST COOKED, ABOUT 6 MINUTES.
