Steps:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet.
- Add in the onion and cauliflower and cook until cauliflower is just getting tender.
- Add in the salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and curry. Stir to combine.
- Add in the chick peas and coconut milk. Simmer until the cauliflower is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh basil. You can serve this as is or serve over jasmine rice.
