Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (177 degrees C). Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. Mix the butter, brown sugar, white sugar, egg, and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Gradually stir in the flour mixture. Beat until mixture is sticking together. Stir in the coconut and cereal. Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet (aim for the size of a ping-pong ball). Bake at 350 degrees for at least 12 minutes.
